CardWare Return Policy
Unused items sold and shipped by CardWare International may be returned
UPS or USPS insured mail within 30 days of delivery.
Who to contact
Please contact our customer service department if you have received an incorrect
or defective item due to our error.
Restocking fee
A 15% restock fee, less non-consumables will be apply to all unwanted equipment
or supplies.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment, to be issued
within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product at our facility.
